We have checkpoint in mobile, alabama where I live and basically it's where cops stop traffic and check every vehicle for drivers license, insurance, registration, child restraints, etc. Well, I got a ticket for no insurance (I know i'm dumb for not having it, but believe me i'm getting it tomorrow). I was rear ended by a kid that has no car insurance. He license was also suspended because of this. I called the police and filed a report with my insurance company. Do I have other options?
